HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

All orders are shipped uninsured through USPS. For international orders, we are not responsible for any customs and duty tax that may incur, so please keep that in mind if you are purchasing from overseas. Our shipping rates are as follows:

USA

  • FREE SHIPPING on orders $40+ (4-7 days)
  • First Class $4.95 (4-7 days)
  • Priority $7.95 (2-3 days)

International

  • First Class $24.95
  • Priority $36.95

WILL I HAVE TO PAY TAX?

Only California residents will be taxed.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

A tracking number will be provided after purchase. You can track by clicking the link on your receipt or entering the tracking number on the USPS website.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

Exchanges cannot be made unless you received the incorrect shade or damaged item.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

ALL SALES are final unless the item was damaged, incorrect, or incomplete. Returns can be made within 30 days. Only the amount paid for items will be refunded, which does not include shipping. Send us an email at info@oxbloode.com with your order number.

WHERE DO RETURNED ITEMS GO?

All returned items are thrown away for sanitation purposes.
